Welcome to Gr8 Glaze Refinishing. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided

Gr8 Glaze Refinishing Inc. provides residential and commercial refinishing services, including surface preparation, coating application, restoration, and related refinishing work. All services will be performed as described during the estimate or booking process.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Quotes are based on the size of the project, surface condition, materials required, and labor involved. Final pricing may vary if project conditions or the scope of work changes on-site.

3. Cancellations

Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a fee.

4. Project Conditions

Clients are responsible for ensuring the work area is accessible and free of obstacles prior to service. Additional charges may apply for excessive preparation, unexpected surface damage, or unsafe working conditions.

5. Liability

Gr8 Glaze Refinishing Inc. is not liable for pre-existing damage, structural issues, hidden defects, or damage resulting from improper maintenance, misuse, or undisclosed site conditions.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Late payments may incur additional fees.

7. Right to Refuse Service

Gr8 Glaze Refinishing Inc. reserves the right to refuse or stop work on any project deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or unsuitable for refinishing.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
